Patients can book themselves in when arriving for their appointment at the surgery using a dedicated telephone. This alleviates queues at the reception desk.

Patient Call provides a clear and efficient way of calling patients for their appointment. Activated by the doctor, the patient’s name is displayed on a screen in the reception area and a verbal announcement prompts waiting patients to check the display
