Our service desk is manned by experienced engineers - unlike our competitors, who have unqualified call-handlers. This means we can give you a speedier response and quicker resolution, with many faults being addressed immediately and remotely.
If our service desk engineers cannot solve a problem themselves, they immediately alert our field-based service team. They can also call on higher-level technical support from manufacturers.
We track all calls on our service management system, which acts as a knowledge base as well as flagging and escalating outstanding issues.
